Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Artilleros game (the “Game”) and the website https://playartilleros.com (the “Site”), provided by Tikabu Studio LLC [CONFIRMAR al registrar la empresa], [Ciudad], Maryland, Estados Unidos [CONFIRMAR] (“we”). By downloading or using the Game you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment and non-commercial purposes, in line with the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, decompile, distribute or exploit the Game except as permitted by law, nor use cheats, bots or software that alters the Game.

3. Age

If you are a minor where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for purchases. We recommend Apple's Ask to Buy and Screen Time.

4. Game Center and online play

Online features (when available) use Apple's Game Center and are also subject to Apple's terms. We may change, limit or remove online features, leaderboards or clans, and reset leaderboards by season.

5. Virtual currency and purchases

  • The Game may include virtual currency (such as gems or coins) and cosmetic items. They are a limited license to use them in the Game: they are not money, have no value outside the Game, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred.
  • Everything for sale is cosmetic: no purchase gives a combat advantage.
  • Payments are processed by Apple through App Store in-app purchase. Refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) under its policies and applicable law.
  • Non-consumable purchases (for example, removing ads) can be restored with the same Apple Account. Spent currency and consumables are not restored.
  • If there is a season pass, its rewards can only be claimed during the stated season.
  • We may adjust prices, content and the in-game economy. This will not affect what you have already bought and received, unless permitted by law or needed to fix errors or abuse.

6. Ads

The Game may show rewarded ads that you choose to watch. The reward is granted when the ad finishes. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, although we ask the ad network to filter them by age and category.

7. Code of conduct

Do not use names, aliases, clan names or messages that are offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent, impersonate others or infringe others' rights. Do not cheat, exploit bugs or harass other players. We may change names, remove content or suspend access to online features if these rules are broken. Report abuse to soporte@tikabustudio.com.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, its characters, art, music, text, code and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. You may create and share videos, screenshots and streams of the Game, including monetized ones, as long as you do not suggest they are official content. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Changes to the Game

The Game evolves: we may update it, rebalance tanks and weapons, add or remove content and, with reasonable notice, stop offering it. Some features require the latest version.

10. Warranties and liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or USD 50. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

11. Apple terms

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content and has no obligation to maintain or support it. If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price of the app (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game (for example, product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims) or any third-party intellectual property claims. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. If any provision conflicts with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the one more favorable to you applies to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, Estados Unidos [CONFIRMAR con abogado], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. [Review with a lawyer: jurisdiction, dispute resolution and class action waiver.]
